// 03 — ABOUT DE MONTIL
A room that fits the community
De Montil is a long-standing Belgian event estate set in the green belt between Brussels and Ghent. Its multiple rooms, generous foyer and outdoor terraces give us exactly what a community day needs: five parallel tracks under one roof, plenty of hallway space for the conversations that actually move things forward, and a single open area where everyone meets between sessions.
It's the kind of venue where you can switch tracks without missing a beat, find a quiet corner to debug something with a fellow practitioner, and end the day with SharePint — the traditional community drinks where ideas, plans and friendships outlast the agenda.

What to expect on the day
5 parallel tracks
Around 30 sessions covering Microsoft 365, AI & Copilot, Power Platform, Azure, and Security & Identity — pick the rooms that match your day.
Coffee, lunch & SharePint
All catering is included. Coffee breaks between sessions, a proper sit-down lunch, and the legendary SharePint community drinks to close the day.
Free on-site parking
De Montil offers ample free parking directly at the venue. Arrive any time from 08:30 — registration opens at the main entrance.
Wi-Fi & power
Reliable Wi-Fi across all rooms, and enough power for the laptops, demos and side-projects you inevitably bring along.
Accessibility
The venue is on a single accessible level with step-free routes between rooms, the foyer and catering areas. Let us know in advance if we can help.

// 05 — GETTING THERE
Getting to De Montil
Affligem sits between Brussels and Ghent, just off the E40. Whether you're driving in for the day or taking the train from across Belgium, the venue is straightforward to reach.
By car
From the E40 motorway (Brussels–Ghent), take exit 19a — Affligem — and follow signs to De Montil. Roughly 25 minutes from Brussels, 30 minutes from Ghent. Free parking on site.
By train
The nearest stations are Essene-Lombeek and Liedekerke, both on the Brussels–Denderleeuw line. From either station it's a short taxi or rideshare to the venue.
By plane
Brussels Airport (BRU) is around 40 minutes by car. Charleroi Airport (CRL) is roughly an hour. Both connect easily to central Brussels by train.
Carpool
