Sponsors are vital for CollabDays Belgium. They keep the event free for attendees and help cover key costs including venue, catering, and the overall community experience.
Being a sponsor puts your brand in front of Belgium’s largest free Microsoft 365 community event in a professional but casual setting built around practical learning, honest conversations, and real engagement.

CollabDays Belgium is the country’s largest free, community-driven conference focused on Microsoft 365, the Power Platform, Azure, AI and Copilot, and the surrounding security stack. Five ways to support CollabDays Belgium
We offer five sponsorship levels: Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver, and SmartPint. Sponsors are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional sponsors are always welcome, but they will not receive booth space at the venue.

Important details before you book
Booth allocation
- Diamond, Gold, and Platinum sponsors receive premium booth locations on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Only the first 4 Silver sponsors are guaranteed a booth at the event.
- Additional sponsors are welcome, but booth space may no longer be available.
Sponsorship rules
- Only a single company is allowed behind each sponsorship purchase.
- Commercial or promotional activities during the conference are only allowed for official event sponsors.
- The event is community-first: no sales pitches, only honest knowledge sharing in a respectful and inclusive environment.
Dinner and logistics
- Diamond and Platinum sponsors may join the speaker appreciation dinner with 1 person included.
- Additional attendees for dinner require an extra catering fee per person.
- Sponsors are encouraged to create fun, engaging booth experiences and can contact the team with logistical questions.
Benefit flexibility
- The organisation aims to honour all listed sponsor benefits.
- Benefits may be changed, added, or removed at the organisers’ discretion.
- Suggestions are welcome and will be evaluated by the organisation.

Booth layout overview
This is a schematic representation of the sponsor booth layout at the event venue. The layout is subject to change. Diamond and Platinum sponsors receive first choice of booth location, independent of the proposed layout.

If you want to register as a sponsor, don’t wait. Places are limited and usually fill up fast.
Registration and payment
- All sponsor fees must be paid before August 1st, 2026, 00:00.
- Exposure on the website, social media, or any other channel starts only after payment is received.
- All prices are excluding 21% VAT, when applicable.
- You will receive an invoice shortly after registering as a sponsor.

Limited availability by level
Only one Diamond sponsor is available. We can accommodate two Platinum sponsors, 10 Gold sponsors, and 4 Silver sponsors with guaranteed booth availability depending on selected packages and floor planning.
If formal booth spaces are filled, additional sponsors may still join but without a physical booth position at the venue.
